Christmas is only just around the corner and here at the Jenkins Bakery we’re making preparations for our busiest time of the year.
As the festive holiday approaches, we’d like a little help!
We’re looking for some festive designs to add to our cupcake range and thought that it would be a great idea to invite the primary schoolchildren of Llanelli to get involved in the process.
After all, our business has been part of the Llanelli community for the past 96 Christmases!
The winner of the competition will have their cupcakes produced and sold in our Jenkins shops in the Llanelli area.
The winning school will benefit from a £200 donation from the Jenkins Bakery.
To enter is so simple.
You can use the outline of a cupcake here as a design template.
Then it’s simply a case of children using their imagination!
Schools can photocopy the template to suit class sizes.
Richard Mynott, general manager at the Jenkins Bakery, said :”We’re looking for something that is “Christmassy”, eye-catching and able to be manufactured in large quantities.
“All entries will need to be returned to our Head Office at this address – The Jenkins Bakery, South Avenue, Trostre Business Park, Llanelli, SA14 9UU.
“Entries must be received on or before December 8, 2017.
“The winners will be notified during the following week with their product being manufactured and sold during week commencing December 18.
“Should anyone have any questions or queries about the competition then please feel free to contact me at our bakery in Trostre Business Park on 01554 773923
“In the meantime, I look forward to seeing the children’s fantastic Christmas cupcake designs!”
